Wood carving is a beautiful craft, rooted in mindfulness, that allows us to find flow and presence. As a furniture maker I find that working with timber allows access to a place of deep creativity. 

Join me at a spoon carving workshops for a perfect introduction to woodworking. The simple act of carving a spoon in a traditional workshop setting opens up a world of potential. 

We will explore different tools from various traditions around the world, gain insight into timber as a useful and beautiful material and enjoy the benefit of focused attention through an ancient human technology. 

No prior knowledge or experience is necessary.
